Use scopes bot and applications.commands. Grant View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History, Manage Roles, Manage Nicknames, Manage Channels, Manage Threads, Moderate Members, Manage Guild, and optional Kick/Ban.
